Respecting tradition and history, “Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades”, created the traditional Cypriot “Zivania” according to the ancient Greek procedure of distilment, from the indigenous varieties of Xinisteri and Mavro, which undergo a controlled fermentation procedure.
“Zivania” captivates, with representative aromas of its varieties, such as citrus flowers, peach and rose, with its robust body, its explosive taste and long-lasting aftertaste. It is fermented in controlled environmental conditions and distilled in a contemporary distiller, giving a clear and genuine product with steady quality.
“Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades – Zivania” pairs perfectly with Cypriot meze and can also be a great closure to any meal. The whole tradition of Cyprus is found in a shot glass of “Zivania”.
